Building resilience in food systems: The recent surge in global disruptions—from pandemics to climate shocks—has exposed critical vulnerabilities in our food systems. Our project, supported by the United States Department of Agriculture – National Institute of Food and Agriculture (USDA-NIFA), aims to address these challenges by enhancing the resilience of local and regional food systems.
